Xrev uses Securepay as our preferred payment gateway. This ensure security whilst interacting with our site. You can use either Mastercard or Visa Credit Cards to purchase on our site. All purchases made are in AUD.


Xrev supports payments via Paypal.  Paypal will allow you to make payments using Credit Card or via your Paypal account.  By selecting this payment option you will be redirected to the Paypal website during the payment process and then redirected back to the Xrev website upon completion.

Direct Deposit:

Xrev are happy to accept payments made directly to our bank account via funds transfer.  To use this option please select Pay by Invoice/Quotation in the checkout process.  Please note that our website will show our bank account details on the confirmation page.  Please use your name or order number as a reference so we can match the payments up on our end for faster shipping.  Your order will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.

The End User is required to pay all sending fees related with International Direct Deposit and Wire Transfers.  Please ensure you include in your payment funds to cover these transfer fees.  Shortfalls in payment may result in delaying the delivery of the purchased products.

Delivery Policy:

Xrev does not provide any packaged media for our products.  All delivery of software is via electronic delivery (download from our website).  When payment is made via credit card through our secured website you should receive an email confirmation of your purchase and a serial number for the products purchased within 4 hours of completing the order.  Please ensure @xrev.com.au is added to your whitelist to ensure that the email is not blocked by any spam filters you may have.  When purchasing via direct deposit please allow 2 working days for the funds to have cleared into our bank account, we will then approve the order and the serial number will be provided within 3 working days of the funds being cleared into our bank account.  However, we endeavour to have the serial number delivered as soon as possible once we have received payment.

Refund Policy:

At Xrev’s sole discretion, we will refund the purchase price for products sold via electronic delivery if:

  1. A duplicate order was placed through the website,
  2. The licenses are not delivered within two business days of payment having cleared into our bank account.

Xrev provides full featured time limited trials at no cost to the End User for evaluation purposes.  This provides the End User adequate time to evaluate whether the product satisfies the End User’s needs and the End User has an opportunity to review the End User License Agreement prior to installing or paying for the product.  If you do not agree with the End User License Agreement, do not install our product.

Once a product is purchased (after trialing the product), and a license is provided and activated, it is considered unreasonable to claim that the product does not satisfy the End User’s needs.  
It is Xrev’s standing policy on all products that there are no refunds once the license code has been exposed to the user and activated.
If you find the product to be defective in any way we would be happy to rectify the problem providing it is of a technical/functional nature that is within our control, and not a design, logic or aesthetic issue, or a limitation of any third party software/components.  Here at Xrev we pride ourselves on our support, so if you do experience technical difficulties please do not hesitate to contact our support department via email at support@xrev.com.au to have it addressed in a reasonable time frame.
Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of the purchase date for electronic media.  Please provide the following information with your request:

  • Account Name
  • Date of Purchase
  • Product Name
  • Order Name and Reason for the Refund

Free Trial Authorisation and Consent

By downloading Xrev's Free Trial you authorize Xrev to contact you about Xrev and its products and services, including product releases and upgrades, events, surveys, and offers. I will have the opportunity to opt out of future communications, and Xrev may use data I have provided in accordance with the Xrev Online Privacy Policy. I understand I may access, modify, or request deletion of my data. 

EU residents: You are consenting that your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU and be stored by Xrev's offices or the offices of Xrev's trusted vendors. If you do not provide consent, you may not download the software.
