{"id":303,"date":"2015-07-09T04:35:34","date_gmt":"2015-07-09T04:35:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/?p=303"},"modified":"2015-07-09T04:39:36","modified_gmt":"2015-07-09T04:39:36","slug":"xrev-transmit-3-2-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/xrev-transmit-3-2-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Xrev Transmit &#8211; 3.2.0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For those paying attention, the other day we officially released version 3.2.0 of Xrev Transmit on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/page\/downloads\/\">our website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Transmit3.2.0.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-304\" title=\"Transmit latest build\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Transmit3.2.0.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"424\" height=\"181\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Transmit3.2.0.png 424w, https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Transmit3.2.0-300x128.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 424px) 100vw, 424px\" \/><\/a><strong>What&#8217;s new?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve seen this error or similar when multiple people run Xrev Transmit:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>An unexpected error has occurred and the command could not be completed.<br \/>\nIOException: The process cannot access the file &#8220;\\\\Filepath\\XrevTransmit.sdf&#8221; because it is being used by another process.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This release is for you.<\/p>\n<p>This release should <strong>resolve this database locking issue<\/strong> which was introduced in version 3.0.0, because of an issue in a 3rd party component. \u00a0There are couple of changes in this release to reduce the possibility that this occurs. \u00a0But if you do see this message with the new build, please let us know!<\/p>\n<p>There is also new Naming Rule functionality for <strong>Case Conversion<\/strong>. \u00a0Details are in our <a href=\"https:\/\/xrev01.atlassian.net\/wiki\/display\/Transmit\/Naming+Rules\">WIKI help<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/XrevTransmit-CaseConversion.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-305\" title=\"XrevTransmit-CaseConversion\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/XrevTransmit-CaseConversion.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"376\" height=\"128\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/XrevTransmit-CaseConversion.gif 376w, https:\/\/www.xrev.com.au\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/XrevTransmit-CaseConversion-300x102.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 376px) 100vw, 376px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can now convert the case of Revit parameters in your Naming Rules and Output location fields.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other changes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Added functionality to hide files in the Aconex wizard. \u00a0This is useful if you&#8217;ve generated some files and don&#8217;t wish to ever publish them to Aconex. \u00a0Simply right click and choose Hide. (they can be restored if necessary)<\/li>\n<li>Added a Configuration tool to the Windows Start Menu to set the Log Level and easily open the log file location<\/li>\n<li>Changed the method in which we load printers, paper sizes and paper sources in the background. \u00a0This is useful if you had a Printer Driver that the Revit API doesn&#8217;t like.<\/li>\n<li>General minor fixes and improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For those paying attention, the other day we officially released version 3.2.0 of Xrev Transmit on our website.
